JT THORPE acquired the assets of Geo. P. Reintjes Co., Inc. & NUCO International, Inc. to further its expansion in California and Illinois.

JT THORPE opened its Philadelphia regional office to serve the refractory demand of the eastern refineries.
JT THORPE acquired the assets of Pacific Titan, Inc. and California Sandblasting & Coating, Inc. to improve service offerings to customers.

JT THORPE opened its Houston regional office along with the fireproofing and coatings shop to service the Gulf Coast market.
